Giving Up A Golden

We know that giving up your golden is a very difficult decision. We also realize that by your making this decision you have only your dog’s best interest at heart. Be assured, we are here to help.

Please complete our Owner Surrender Form and Agreement. When providing information about your dog, it is critical that you be completely honest. We all have dogs and know they are not always perfect. However, the more information we have the better able we are at matching your golden to the kind of home and second chance you want your golden to have.

For an emergency surrender where you absolutely must give up your dog immediately call our hotline at 941-380-8633 to receive more information. You will still need to complete our Owner Surrender Form and Agreement.
